Heat oil in a pan, crack in quail eggs and fry over low heat until golden brown

Flip and fry the other side until golden brown. Fry all the quail eggs and set aside

Leave the oil in the pot and sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant

Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce and half a bowl of water and bring to a boil
