Stir all ingredients except mango and cream evenly

Sift the batter to make it smooth

Once bubbles form evenly, place upside down on a plate

Beat the butter vertically with a mixer at low speed until it has a small peak when pulled up

Spread butter on one piece of pie crust and add another piece of pie crust

Spread mango and add cream on top of mango

Cover with the pastry again and repeat until all is used up
