Home grown spinach.

Choose fresh spinach, wash it, mash it, take it out, drain it, put it into the wall breaking machine, add a little water, and press the juice button.

Add spinach juice, a little yeast and white sugar to the flour, stir it into a fluffy form, let it rise to double in size, and knead it into a smooth dough.

Shape into long strips.

Cut into evenly sized pieces.

Roll the white dough into a thin round cake shape, roll the green dough into a round shape and place it on the white dough.

Wrap the green dough in the white dough in the same way as glutinous rice balls.

Roll into a round bun shape, with the seam facing down, and use a knife to cut cross patterns on the top of the bun.

Pour cold water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes.
