Sauce Egg Salad
Overview
Don’t think that only vegetables and fruits can make salads. Today we use eggs as the main ingredient to make a salad that is particularly delicious. Spring is the season for eating in good shape.

Soak instant oats in boiling water.

Crack three free-range eggs into a bowl. Add salad dressing and mix well.

Be sure to stir until completely combined.

Put butter in the pan and fry half of the leftover steamed buns from the morning

Fry until both sides are golden and crispy, remove and set aside.

Pour in the oil remaining in the bottom of the pot. Stir the egg liquid evenly and bring to medium heat.

Stir fry evenly.

Add the vegetable sauce. If not, we will make our own with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.

Arrange all ingredients on a plate.

Finally, add some salad dressing and stir evenly.
