Spicy spicy chicken nuggets
Overview
Every time when I make spicy chicken, my husband says that there are not enough vegetables and I need to add vegetables. Today I added potatoes and cauliflower, which feels really good. Numb, spicy and fragrant. Recommended to do it!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Two chicken legs. Remove bones and cut into small pieces
-
Adjust the base flavor of the cut chicken pieces: 1 tbsp light soy sauce, several green onion segments (take them out and throw them away), ginger juice, 1 tbsp cooking wine, and a little vinegar. A little bit of pepper powder. Half a teaspoon of salt. Use half a spoonful of oil. Grasp evenly and submerge for more than ten minutes.
-
Chili pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, peppercorns. Less than chili noodles (this amount is medium spicy. This small chili is more overbearing)
-
Cut the potatoes into small pieces (the same size as the chicken pieces)
-
Prepare the peppers, cut some garlic, and green onions
-
Sprinkle the soaked chicken pieces with some cornmeal (starch)
-
Heat some oil over high heat, add 8-9 layers of heat and fry the chicken pieces for 3-5 minutes
-
It’s good like this. If you like a firmer texture, fry it again
-
Fry the potatoes until soft
-
Drain the cauliflower in oil and remove
-
Leave a little base oil and add chili powder and other seasonings
-
Add vegetables and stir-fry, add a small spoonful of light soy sauce
-
Add the fried chicken pieces and stir-fry slowly over medium-low heat
-
Add a little salt
-
Add chicken powder
-
Add some cumin
-
Let’s take the pot and put it on the plate~
