Pickled cucumbers
Overview
The pickles sold outside are never bad. I don’t know how many unknown ingredients are added to them. I am really worried. There are a lot of cucumbers on the market these days, so I buy some and make them myself.

Cut the cucumbers into sections and salt them. Place heavy objects on them to let the water come out. This will take about a day and a half.

Put soy sauce, bay leaves, a small amount of peppercorns, and sugar in the pot, bring to a boil and let cool.

Prepare clean empty bottles, no water, no oil. I washed them and sterilized them in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Put the cucumber, ginger, and garlic into the bottle in sequence, pour the cooled soy sauce soup into the bottle, finally put the cooled pepper oil, and pour white wine to seal.

Store for seven days before consumption.
