Prepare the ingredients, peel the lotus root and soak the glutinous rice for half an hour

Cut the top of the lotus root

Use chopsticks to stuff the soaked glutinous rice into the hole, just fill it up, not too full

Use toothpicks to secure the top cover

Put the red dates, osmanthus, brown sugar and lotus root in the pressure cooker

Press for 40 minutes
