Cut bacon into small strips, dice ham, squeeze on a small amount of mayonnaise, add some chopped green onion and it’s filling
-
Take a piece of dough, roll it into a round shape, fill it with fillings, seal it facing down
-
Roll the stuffed dough into an oval shape. When rolling, use a knife to make openings at both ends so that the air in the middle can be discharged, otherwise it will easily rot
-
Remember to sprinkle some dry powder, then fold it in half and cut into 5 pieces, being careful not to cut it off. Sprinkle dry powder to prevent sticking
-
After cutting, open it and fold the short side in half, stretch it a little longer, and twist it twice
-
Then tie a knot and put it in a paper tray for secondary fermentation
-
After fermentation, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, squeeze on mayonnaise, and sprinkle with chopped green onion
