Three Color Butterfly Steamed Buns
Overview
Groups of butterflies gather and disperse, and their colorful wings look like beautiful satin under the sunlight... I like the satin-like wings of butterflies, and I am very excited at the thought of a perfect combination with delicious food. This is my first time posting a recipe, so I hope you guys can give me your valuable feedback.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Divide 500 grams of flour into three equal parts, add pumpkin puree, beet juice, and milk respectively, mix with yeast powder, and knead into a smooth dough, and ferment to double in size.
-
Let the dough rise into 1 cm thick round dough of the same size
-
The white dough is at the bottom, followed by yellow and purple
-
Roll up the dough as shown
-
Cut 2cm wide sections crosswise
-
As shown in the picture, slowly loosen the top of the white dough relative to each other to serve as the tentacles of the butterfly.
-
Use chopsticks to hold the upper third, and pinch both ends firmly toward the middle.
-
Then shape it with your hands, put it in a warm place to rise until doubled in size, and steam it in a steamer for 15 minutes
-
The finished product, the remaining parts at both ends, are also made into flower steamed buns
