Prepare materials

Remove the internal organs from the squid, cut into diamond-shaped patterns and then cut into small pieces. Cut the cucumber, ginger, and red pepper into small pieces, and cut the coriander into small pieces

Boil a pot of water and add squid

Blanch the squid until rolled up and remove

Pour the mustard sauce into the bowl with the squid
