Roasted Pear with Rock Sugar

Overview

This dessert is sour and sweet. The soup oozing out from the center of the pear is mixed with the flavors of red dates and wolfberry. It is extremely delicious.

  1. All ingredients are ready

  2. Carefully remove the pear core

  3. Add an appropriate amount of red dates, wolfberry, and rock sugar, just according to personal preference, no need to be particular about the amount

  4. After adding all the rock sugar, wolfberry and red dates, put it into a container

  5. Cover tightly with tin foil

  6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for three minutes on top and bottom heat. Carefully place the plate tightly covered with foil on the baking sheet and bake for two hours.
