The first time I heard about this cake, I remember watching a travel show. The beautiful female anchor recommended their lava cake in a high-end hotel when traveling to France. At that time, I thought when would I be late? I was looking forward to it endlessly. I had an oven and read various recipes and tried to make it next time. It is very simple.
