Overview
Oyster sauce mashed potatoes Ingredients: 2 potatoes, appropriate amount of milk. Seasoning 1: 20ml milk, 2g salt. Seasoning 2: 1g black pepper, 20ml oil, 150ml water, 4g starch (stir evenly). Preparation: Peel and slice potatoes, boil water in a pot and steam for about ten minutes. Add salt and milk and press into puree. Cover a small bowl with plastic wrap, add mashed potatoes and press. Pour seasoning 2 into the pot and stir-fry until thickened, pour the juice over the mashed potatoes.

Peel and slice potatoes.

Put it in a pot and steam it for about ten minutes after the water boils.

Add salt and milk and mash until pureed, put it into a small bowl and press it tightly to prepare the sauce.

Pour the mashed potatoes upside down in a bowl.

Pour the seasoning into the pot and add 150ml of water. Stir slowly until it becomes thick.

Pour the juice over it.
