Kung Pao Orleans Chicken
Overview
It was a rainy day. It was windy and rainy outside, and I didn’t want to go out. I wanted to make Kung Pao Chicken, but I found that I didn’t have any vinegar at home, so I made this improved version of Kung Pao Orleans Chicken.

Diced chicken breasts marinated with New Orleans seasoning for flavor

Prepare ingredients, dice green peppers, and oil peanuts and walnuts

First saute onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add diced chicken and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the chicken is white and cooked, add green pepper

Add the sauce prepared with sugar, a small amount of white vinegar, and a small amount of soy sauce. I ran out of starch, otherwise it would be better to thicken it. Finally, add the squeezed peanuts and walnuts
