Overview
When I was young, my family was very poor, so I was very happy just eating meat once a month. However, home-grown tomatoes and boiled noodles with an egg were considered a vegetarian.

One tomato and one egg each. Of course, there is no limit to this. It depends on the number of people eating and your own preferences.

Heat the pan, pour oil, add eggs and stir-fry

Add the tomatoes, stir-fry together, and stir-fry until the tomatoes become sandy. The tomatoes that become sandy after frying will become more flavorful after a while!

After the tomatoes are fried, add water, cover and bring to a boil over high heat for another 3 minutes. Turn to low heat and continue to cook for 5 minutes.

Dry the noodles until they are cooked. The very delicious tomato and egg noodles. The eggs are fried and then boiled and are particularly fragrant. The soup is milky white and has the sour aroma of tomatoes. I highly recommend trying this!
