Overview

Bought some saury fish. This kind of small saury is relatively cheap. The small saury you buy is simply pickled, patted dry in flour, fried until crispy, and then served with salt and pepper. It is really charred on the outside, tender on the inside, crispy and delicious.

  1. Main ingredients: saury, salt, peppercorns, rice wine

  2. Remove the internal organs from the saury fish head and put it in a container. Add salt and peppercorns

  4. Pickle evenly and marinate for more than 2 hours
