Grilled yellow croaker
Overview
The story behind the food: When it comes to casseroles, everyone is familiar with it. Making soup in a casserole is the most delicious. However, the previous casseroles usually broke after a few uses. I bought a Kunbo casserole a few days ago. It can be dry-fired indefinitely without breaking, can be cooled or heated quickly without breaking, can withstand a temperature difference of up to 700 degrees between hot and cold, and can be used to roast sweet potatoes, fish, etc. It has completely subverted my understanding of casseroles. Today I used it to make grilled yellow croaker and it was so fragrant.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare small yellow croaker and spicy Malatang seasoning
-
Small bowl of condiments: Huadiao wine, vinegar and 20 grams of spicy Malatang seasoning
-
Mix the seasonings thoroughly in a small bowl, pour into the yellow croaker, use your hands to fully coat each small yellow croaker with the seasonings, and marinate for 1 hour
-
After that, use kitchen towel to remove excess soup
-
The characteristic of Kunbo casserole is that it does not break even when it is dry and cold. This time I used the casserole to try grilling fish. A bracket was placed at the bottom of the 4.6-liter Kunbo pot, so that it would not burn easily and the food would be heated more evenly
-
Spread enough tin foil on the grill. It is best to extend the tin foil 360 degrees beyond the mouth of the pot to prevent roasting juice or moisture from entering the bottom of the pot
-
Then spread the small yellow croakers to the bottom of the pot
-
I use an electric ceramic stove, 1800W, 20 minutes. When baking, you will smell the fragrant grilled fish
-
After 20 minutes, turn over and bake for another 15 minutes. The fragrant little yellow croaker is ready to eat. It is really crispy.
