Wash and cut the tofu into cubes and put it in a casserole.

Soak the dried mushrooms in cold water for 4-6 hours in advance, wash and cut into small pieces.

Mince the garlic.

Wash and chop green onions.

After the oil is heated in the pan, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Add the sand tea sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour the fried sauce into the casserole, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion before turning off the heat and done.
