Braised chicken feet
Overview
Every day when I get off the night shift, I get off the bus at the station and buy chicken feet to eat while walking. Completely disregarding any image. I almost finished buying 2 and eating them at home. What’s made outside is always not as healthy and hygienic as what’s made by oneself. Made this last night. It didn't taste too good after eating a little bit. I soaked it overnight and heated it up a little before eating it today. Delicious.

Chicken feet are ready.

The marinade is ready. I added extra dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns. And fragrant leaves.

Heat hot water in a pot and add ginger slices and cooking wine.

Put the chicken feet in and blanch them to remove the fishy smell.

Then take it out and wash it.

Take another pot and add appropriate amount of water and marinade.

Add chicken feet. Add cooking wine. Light soy sauce. salt. After the water boils, reduce the heat to low for 15 minutes.

It will taste better if soaked for a few hours.
