Overview

I happened to come across good and cheap shiitake mushrooms two days ago, so I bought some and put them on the windowsill to dry. There is chili sauce at home, but there is nothing that is not spicy, so all the itching in my hands is gone.

  1. Cut mushrooms into small pieces

  2. Soak the soybeans in water for one hour, control to dry, and bake until crispy

  3. Ginger and garlic, minced dried shrimps, a little minced orange peel

  4. Burning oil

  5. Add 3 to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant, add salt and oyster sauce and stir-fry for a while. Pour in three or four times more white wine than usual for cooking and stir-fry

  6. Add mushrooms and stir-fry

  7. Add braised sauce and stir-fry, add water and simmer

  8. After thickening, add soybeans and chicken essence and stir well

  9. Grab a steamed bun. It’s also good to put some in lazy noodles
