The cowpeas I bought were left to dry in the sun all day

Wash, cut and dry

Add salt and marinate overnight. I added too much salt. You can add less salt

Crush ginger, garlic and chili by hand

Put all the ingredients together and stir evenly

Bottle it and put it in the refrigerator. It’s great for daily meals😄
