Pressure Cooker Ham and Corn Rice
Overview
During cooking time, I saw a piece of ham in the refrigerator. I cut some off and tried to use it for cooking. I cut the ham into pieces and added some corn and green beans. It is nutritious and eye-catching. You can cook it in one pot and enjoy it with a little seasoning. It is quick and convenient to have meat and vegetables.

Measure the rice, corn and green beans and wash them;

Cut the ham into cubes, put it into the pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt, add water until the surface of the ingredients is covered and about a hand-board deep, and stir evenly;

Because it is yellow long-grain rice, it is harder to cook than ordinary rice, so I chose to cook the porridge for 20 minutes;

After the rice is cooked, add 2 teaspoons of sesame oil and 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, stir evenly, and then adjust the seasoning. If it is not salty enough, add some light soy sauce, or leave it out.
