Ham, corn and cheese tart
Overview
Refer to a cheese tart made by food guru Melo Pig, and replace the fillings with your favorite ham and sweet corn kernels. It’s a great quick breakfast!

Prepare materials. Dice the ham, cut the green pepper into small cubes, peel the corn and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Spread 2 wonton skins crosswise in a six-piece cake mold, add appropriate amount of tomato sauce and salad dressing

Add ham, corn, green pepper, and sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese

Add an egg (you can also beat the egg and pour it into the mold. If you use loose egg liquid, you can add another layer of ham and corn. If you use whole eggs, reduce the filling appropriately)

After adding whole eggs (or scattered egg liquid), sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top. Counting from the left in the picture, the second and third holes on the top are filled with whole eggs, and the rest are added with scattered egg liquid

Bake in the middle rack of the oven for 20 minutes
