Pickles and edamame

My mother and I both like the taste of pickled cabbage. It is a magical and highly contagious taste. Any vegetables that are stir-fried together can absorb the essence of pickled cabbage!

Beans are not easy to cook, so cook edamame until half cooked.

Heat the pan with cold oil, sauté the spices, garlic and chili until fragrant.

Add the pickled vegetables and stir-fry to remove the water vapor.

Add edamame, half a spoonful of light soy sauce, adjust the amount of salt and a little sugar according to the saltiness of the pickled vegetables.

After adding water, add a little oyster sauce to make it fresh. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover, simmer over low heat until the edamame is cooked, then use high heat to reduce the juice.
