My mother and I both like the taste of pickled cabbage. It is a magical and highly contagious taste. Any vegetables that are stir-fried together can absorb the essence of pickled cabbage!

  2. Beans are not easy to cook, so cook edamame until half cooked.

  3. Heat the pan with cold oil, sauté the spices, garlic and chili until fragrant.
