Wash the mung beans and soak them for more than 4 hours

Wash and blanch the spareribs

Put the ribs into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water (the casserole is cracked, and the rice cooker I use has to add enough water at one time). After boiling the pot, skim off the scum. After the ribs have been blanched, only a small amount of scum will be produced

After cooking the ribs and mung bean soup, add some salt when it comes out of the pot (overcooking the mung beans will destroy the nutrients in them to a certain extent, which can shorten the soup cooking time)
