Walnut Snowball Cake
Overview
This slightly ugly-looking snowball comes from Kojima. The original recipe uses pecans, but I used ordinary large walnuts instead. The finished product is very crispy and has crunchy walnut kernels. It is also very suitable for honoring the elders.
