The kelp is not easy to cook, so cook it for a few more minutes. Stir-fry the cooked kelp shreds with chili pepper and garlic. In less than two minutes, this plate of spicy fried kelp shreds is ready. The crispy kelp shreds and the spicy chili pepper make it very crunchy and delicious when eaten hot

Soak the kelp in water for two hours in advance, changing the water halfway;

Put the kelp shreds into the pot and cook. After the heat boils, reduce the heat and simmer for three to five minutes;
