Prepare ingredients.

Wash the cucumber and cut it in half, scoop out the seeds inside with a spoon (it tastes crisper)

Cut the seeded cucumber into strips, add half a spoonful of salt and marinate it for 20 minutes to let the water come out (more crispy)

Press the garlic cloves with a knife, cut the millet pepper with a diagonal knife, and put it into a bowl.

Add honey, soy sauce and rice vinegar and mix well.

Add the cucumber strips and mix well (do not pour the juice from the cucumber pickle), cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight to let it absorb the flavor.
