Wash the lard suet with warm water, cut into pieces, put it into a pot, add ginger, cooking wine, and water (level with the oil), and simmer over high heat

Cook until the suet turns slightly yellow, then turn to low heat and simmer

Boil until the suet turns yellow completely, scoop out the oil residue and put it on a plate

Scoop out the lard and put it into a basin

Pour the oil residue back into the pot and press it with a shovel to boil out the remaining oil in the oil residue

Scoop out the oil, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG to the oil residue, stir-fry evenly and serve
