Ingredients needed: chili, potato vermicelli. Soak the vermicelli 4 hours in advance until soft, cut green and red peppers and green onions and set aside.

Bring water to a boil and cook the vermicelli until elastic. Pick it up and run it under cold water to prevent it from sticking.

Heat up some oil in a pan, add chili and stir-fry.
