Yogurt Scones
Overview
You can’t make a cream cheese scone without cream cheese, so let’s make a yogurt scone. I’ve made several kinds of scones, but I haven’t made them yet, including yogurt flavor. I only use 100 grams of flour and don’t want to use the oven, which feels like a waste of space. Instead of an oven, you can consider an air fryer, but that thing is a bit heavy and I don’t want to take it off the top of the cabinet. Anything else to consider? Of course, a bread machine. The bread machine has a separate baking program and I have never used it. Just use it to try this yogurt scone. The bottom of the bread barrel is very small, and the scones with 100 grams of flour can only be squeezed together. Start the baking program for a few minutes to preheat, and then put it into the bread barrel - of course, you cannot bake the bread barrel together before putting the dough in, otherwise you will easily get burned. Although the capacity of the bottom area was much lower than estimated, the eight scones quickly filled the gaps and stuck together. However, the baking effect is pretty good and the color is good.
