Cranberry Cookies
Overview
I am new to baking, but I didn’t expect that this cranberry cookie is easy to make, and it was a success in the first time. It tastes good, but it’s a bit too sweet, so I reduced the amount of powdered sugar. I’d like to share it with you. Any suggestions are welcome~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut cranberries into small pieces and soak them in red wine for an hour until soft
-
The butter is softened and can be pressed with your fingers, then whip until it becomes feathery
-
Add fine powdered sugar and beat
-
Separate the eggs, slowly add the egg yolk liquid to the butter and continue beating
-
Add flour and cranberries and stir until soft dough forms
-
Arrange the dough into a rectangular shape, wrap it in tin foil and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Take it out, remove the tin foil, cut it into 5mm pieces and put it in the oven (I forgot to take a photo)
-
Preheat the oven to a low temperature for 10 minutes in advance. When baking, just adjust the heat to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes
