Overview
Qingliangbu is the most common soup in Cantonese cuisine. It consists of several ingredients, including pork ribs or chicken, and is cooked together. The ingredients are arbitrary and there are no certain rules. Just use whatever you have at home, including astragalus, yam, wolfberry, red dates, green bamboo, wild ginseng, Codonopsis pilosula, figs, seaweed and barley. . . . .
