Nepeta, onion mixed with fungus
Overview
At noon, I had some blanched schizonepeta, black fungus, and cowpea left over from my lo mein meal. I cut in half an onion and tossed it cold, and it was a refreshing side dish.

Appropriate amount of blanched cowpeas.

Clean the nepeta.

Appropriate amount of soaked black fungus.

Cut the onion into large chunks.

Put the nepeta, cowpea, black fungus, and onion in the pot, add the diced pumpkin that was blanched at noon, and cut into a millet pepper.

Appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, mature vinegar and sesame oil.
