Sauce minced pork

Today we have a versatile dish: minced pork in sauce. It can be used for noodles, pancakes and stir-fries. On busy days, having a box of minced pork with sauce in the refrigerator makes me feel at ease.

  1. Wash the pig hind legs and cut them.

  2. Ingredients are ready.

  3. Mince the meat.

  4. Heat oil in a wok, add shredded ginger and red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

  5. Add minced meat and stir-fry.

  6. Add chili powder, bean paste, soybean paste, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce and mix well.

  7. Add appropriate amount of water to boil and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

  8. Reduce heat to low and simmer for thirty minutes, adjust time accordingly.

  9. After the minced meat comes out, reduce the juice over high heat, remove from the pan and add salt to taste.
