Steps
-
When preparing ingredients, I don’t use so much sauerkraut and garlic. The amount depends on personal taste
-
Scrape the pig skin clean with a knife under hot water, wash it and boil it in cold water until it is transparent and can be inserted with chopsticks
-
This gap can be used to chop the sauerkraut
-
Chop the peppers, chop the garlic, chop the garlic
-
Cooked pork skin cut into strips
-
Do not put oil in the pot, put the sauerkraut in the pot and stir-fry for a while, stir-fry to dry up some water (personally think this will make the sauerkraut crispier)
-
Take out the sauerkraut, wash the pot, heat the pot with cold oil, add a little salt and stir-fry the peppers
-
When the peppers are half cooked, add the pork skin and stir-fry
-
Stir-fry over high heat for a few times, then add the sauerkraut, add garlic and continue to stir-fry, then add an appropriate amount of salt, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce, spray a small amount of water along the edge of the pot and stir-fry
