Overview
Stir-fried beef with garlic moss is my family's reserved dish for the Spring Festival. Beef is expensive, so people who are a little more particular like to use beef to entertain guests to show that they value their guests. Beef with garlic moss is also a specialty of my family. The garlic moss is shelf-stable. If you buy more at a time, it will still be fresh if you keep it for a few days. I just can’t figure out why stir-fried beef always comes out with so much water. My mother said it’s watered beef, but that’s not the case. All beef can be watered? Is there any teacher who can clear up my doubts?
