Today is Children’s Day on June 1st. I wanted to try out how cute pumpkin cakes made from my mold would look like, so I just made it and took action right away.

Pour the flour into the plate

Peel and cook pumpkin until crumbly. If you don't have a mixer, you can chop it finely and pour in the flour directly.

Add sugar and pumpkin to the flour and knead it into a dough, then add an appropriate amount of peanut oil so it doesn't stick to your hands.

Fry over slow fire in a mold

It’s done, fragrant and crispy. It’s the first time I tried it and it was a success.
