  1. Wash and drain broad beans

  2. Wash and dice the pickled cucumber. If you feel it is too salty, you can soak it in hot water

  3. Add a little oil to the pan, heat it up to 60% to 70% heat, add the broad beans and stir-fry

  4. When the broad beans turn emerald green, add the pickled cucumber and continue to stir-fry, then add a small bowl of water and an appropriate amount of salt, cover the pot and cook until the water dries up
