Pickled cucumber and tender broad beans

During the season when beans are on the market, there are all kinds of beans everywhere in the vegetable market. Buy some and take them home to try. Broad beans have a light taste, so they are perfect to eat with some pickled cucumbers!

Wash and drain broad beans

Wash and dice the pickled cucumber. If you feel it is too salty, you can soak it in hot water

Add a little oil to the pan, heat it up to 60% to 70% heat, add the broad beans and stir-fry

When the broad beans turn emerald green, add the pickled cucumber and continue to stir-fry, then add a small bowl of water and an appropriate amount of salt, cover the pot and cook until the water dries up

Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate, sprinkle with some chopped millet pepper and you’re done😄
