Healthy bean dregs cake
Overview
I want to make my own tofu curd for breakfast, but it would be too wasteful to throw away the filtered bean dregs. Make a cake, stay healthy and turn waste into treasure.

Add an appropriate amount of flour, chopped green onion, and diced ham to the okara made by the soymilk machine, and stir evenly.

Use a small spoon to dig out small balls of bean dregs, flatten them, put them into the oil pan and fry them over low heat.

Fry one side until golden brown, turn over and continue frying.

Fry both sides until golden brown and remove from the pan.

The pancakes can be topped with tomato sauce, or any other sauce you like, and paired with a glass of milk. It's a satisfying breakfast.
