Wash the bitter melon, remove the flesh, cut into shreds and set aside.

Soak the yuba in water overnight, take it out, squeeze out excess water, cut into sections, and set aside.

Peel the green onions, wash them, cut them into small pieces and set aside.

Heat a pot, add a little oil, add green onions and saute until fragrant, then add bitter melon and black tofu sticks, add a little salt to taste, stir-fry a few times.

Remove from pan and plate.
