The braised pork without oil is fat but not greasy, fragrant and delicious. You no longer have to worry about gaining weight from eating braised pork.

Wash and drain the pork belly.

Cut into small pieces and set aside.

Wash and cut carrots into small pieces and set aside.

Put the wok on high heat, add the pork belly and stir-fry until the oil comes out.

After frying the pork belly, scoop out the excess oil, add the ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, and add 30ml of light soy sauce.

Add carrots and stir-fry, add a small amount of water and cook.

Remove from the pot after 10 minutes of cooking.

The cooked pork belly is bright red in color and tastes fat but not greasy. You no longer have to worry about gaining weight.
