Coconut Oatmeal Cookies
Overview
Low in sugar and oil, a snack to kill time. The texture is relatively soft when freshly baked, and becomes slightly hard after cooling. It is also good for babies to grind their teeth.

Put all the ingredients except milk together and mix well

Add milk (you can also replace it with equal amounts of baby's brewed milk powder and water)

Knead into dough

Divide the dough into 12g pieces and roll into balls

Flatten separately

Place it on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, and then use your index and middle fingers to press it into a thin layer, about 2mm.

In the middle rack of the oven, set the upper and lower heat to 180 degrees and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
