Prepare materials.

Boil red dates: Put red dates and white sugar (50g) into a pot, pour in water, add lemon peel and bring to a boil over high heat, turn off the heat and let cool.

Egg tart water: Beat eggs into the container.

Then add sugar (another 50g in the portion)

Add milk to mix and mix well.

After the red dates are cooled, remove them, squeeze out the water slightly, put them evenly into the bottom of the egg tart crust, and pour in the egg tart water until it is about 8 minutes full.
