Wash the pumpkin, peel and remove the flesh.

Cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Boil the quail eggs and remove the shells. Set aside.

Set aside green pepper, onion, ginger, and water starch.

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the wok and stir-fry onion and ginger.

Pour in diced pumpkin and quail eggs and stir-fry with appropriate amount of water.

Stir-fry until 8 mature, add appropriate amount of MSG, salt, sugar, green pepper, and water starch.

Stir well and when the soup thickens, pour in sesame oil and take it out of the pan and put it on a plate.
