Stewed pork tendons with peas, spring bamboo shoots
Overview
I originally wanted to stew peas with meat, but I saw that there were still some spring bamboo shoots I bought, so I simply added some bacon and made a pickled fresh version of stewed peas. It would also be delicious.

Take the peas.

Remove the yellow old one.

Beautiful peas.

Wash and set aside.

Take the tendon meat and cut off both ends.

Peel and wash the spring bamboo shoots.

Blanch the meat and bamboo shoots in cold water, then boil the water for 3 minutes.

Wash off the foam, cut the bacon and put them together.

Put all ingredients in a casserole and add purified water.

Add onion and ginger.

Cover, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 48 minutes.

Stewed and pickled.

Add peas.

Mix well and cook over high heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

I simmered it for 15 minutes and turned off the heat.

Remove from pot and plate.
