Fried rice with mustard greens and pork floss

Wash mustard greens

Chop mustard greens and mince garlic.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the garlic when the oil is hot! (The oil should not be too hot and the garlic should not be browned)

When the garlic smells fragrant, add the chopped mustard greens, stir-fry, add chicken essence and salt. (You can add more salt as appropriate)

Stir well and pour in the rice!

Fry the rice!

Add appropriate amount of pork floss into the fried rice and mix evenly!

Pour shredded pork into the bottom of the bowl!
