Braised pork and set aside.

Cut into thin slices.

Select the green vegetables, wash them, drain them and set aside.

Select the garlic sprouts, wash and cut into sections.

Heat the pot and add a little oil, add the braised pork and a little light soy sauce, stir-fry, then add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry until fragrant, continue to add the green vegetables and add a little salt to taste, stir-fry a few times.
