Grilled saury with garlic
Overview
Saury is rich in protein and fat and tastes delicious. The intestines of saury have a bitter taste, but many people do not remove the intestines, but I am not used to it, so I remove them when cooking. This time I made garlic flavor, because my husband usually likes to eat garlic flavor, so I made it with it. If you can accept the giblets, you can wash them and cook them directly.
