Overview

I have been making homemade yogurt for more than a year, and now I have bought a special glass bottle, which makes it feel more professional. Yogurt can improve the intestinal environment. Long-term drinking of yogurt can help digestion and cure constipation.

  1. First pour half of the milk, add a small packet of milk powder and a small packet of mushroom powder and stir evenly, then pour in the other half of the milk, stir, and turn on the power.

  2. In the summer I usually make yogurt at 9pm and it’s ready at 6am the next morning, about 9 hours. In winter, it takes more than 12 hours. I usually do it at 6 o'clock in the morning, and it's done at 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening.

  3. After the yogurt is ready, add a tablespoon and about 20 grams of honey, stir and bottle. When you're ready to eat, add a few cranberries or a spoonful of jam.
